The complete design service process involves the following stages. Most stages are done by BARADINE although some of them will be sub-contracted to supporting companies:

• Preparation of Specification (by Client or BARADINE)
• Quotation for design with/without prototypes
• Design of Hardware, Software, Packaging and Appearance
• PCB artwork, etching and packaging
• Prototype assembly, debugging and testing
• Acceptance tests by Client
• Quotation for production manufacturing
• Production manufacturing and testing
• Delivery of tested production units

BARADINE provides services for product development which include consulting services, complete systems, hardware-only systems, software-only systems or new product development. BARADINE is capable of handling projects ranging from power supplies to satellite telemetry decoders.

BARADINE always provides confidential design services to clients. A copy of BARADINE's Non Disclosure Agreement may be obtained for review prior to the commencement of any discussions.
